Recently Charles Clayton was teaching at a four day event for nearly 50 NGO leaders in Central Asia. “It was an inspiring experience for me to be among such dynamic young leaders, some of them working in extraordinarily difficult conditions,” he said.
“It was a very productive meeting for me” said a participant. ”An opportunity to think”… “Inspiration”… “amazing”… “wonderful teaching”… “very practical” were among the comments from many others. They engaged Charles in conversations at every opportunity including most breaks and meal times, and this meant about 14 hours’ work every day in teaching and coaching throughout the event.
“Every day I also learned something new about leadership,” he commented. “The time just flew by because every meeting was so interesting and these exceptional leaders were eager to develop. I take my hat off to them.”
