Oscar Lyons

After studying medicine at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, Oscar worked in a rural NZ hospital before taking up an Education Fellowship in Surgery in a large teaching hospital in Auckland.

 

In 2016 he was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship to study a DPhil in Healthcare Leadership Development at Oxford University.

Oscar has designed, delivered and facilitated courses for Oxford degrees, certificates and colleges; NHS trusts, summer schools, leadership development consultancies, and research centres.

 

Oscar’s research focuses on improving evaluation of leadership development into clinical practice.
